・Stage I for new engines decided in May 2000
・Stage II proposed.
SPECIFIC CONCERNS:
・The regulation is driven by national governments.
・Industry will have to initiate an EU inland waterways regulation.
・The improvement of existing engines is one of the objectives of the CCNR to make overall emissions reduction more effective.
