Subject： Outline for text of an official publication of the agreement between IEC/TC 18 and ISO/TC 188 (doc TC 188 N 354) regarding the elaboration of standards on electrical installations on small craft ≦ 24 m Lh, to be submitted to ISO and IEC as per TC 188 Resolution 242

IEC/CO and ISO/CS have made the following agreements：
・ ISO 10133 and ISO 13297 will support the Recreational Craft Directive on extra-low-voltage d.c. installations and a.c. single-phase installations up to 250 V for craft up to 24 m Lh;
・ IEC 92-507 supports the Recreational Craft Directive on 3-phase a.c. installations up to 500 V for craft up to 24 m Lh and all types of electrical installations for craft up to 50 m or 500 grt.
・ A joint standard should be made by a joint ISO/IEC working group as soon as possible after publication of all three standards.
