- Name and official title of each participant
- Requested flight schedule (flight number, date and time of arrival and departure)
- A copy of country report summary
Please note that an airticket for the round trip between where you are and Japan will be arranged and issued in Japan upon receiving the above-mentioned information and it will be sent to each participant once it is ready.
