Final editing continues preparatory to submission to ISO/CS for publication via the proof procedure, bypassing the FDIS stage in accordance with TMB resolution 11/1998.
.2 ISO/DIS 15736, Ships and marine technology --Pyrotechnic distress signals - Testing [01.14] (IMO-link-NR 60), WG1, sub-stage 30.99. Comment analysis and editing underway preparatory to submission to ISO/CS for registration and ballot as FDIS.
.3 ISO/DIS 16848, Ships and marine technology - Pilot accommodation ladders [01.33] (IMO-link-NR 43), WG 1/2, sub-stage 50.99. Processing of graphics and final editing underway preparatory to submission to ISO/CS for publication via the proof procedure, bypassing the FDIS stage in accordance with TMB resolution 11/1998.
.4 ISO/CD 17338, Ships and marine technology - Plans for fire protection - Indications of fire rating by divisions [01.32] (IMO-link-NR 14), WG 3, sub-stage 30.99. Unanticipated difficulties in finalizing revisions to graphics have delayed registration and balloting as DIS. Anticipate resumption of progress at WG 3 meeting in Stockholm 2002-11-05/07.
.5 ISO/CD 22488, Ships and marine technology - Shipboard fire-fighters' outfits (Protective clothing, gloves, boots, and helmet) [01.55] (IMO-link-NR 76), WG 3, sub-stage 20.20. Committee drafts incorporating changes agreed at last plenary to be reviewed at Stockholm WG 3 meeting.
