Shipbuildingの各APのスケジュールは”ISO TC 184/SC4 PROJECT STATUS & SUMMARY REPORT as of 1996-09-19”で表3.4-1のように記載されていた。但し、これは平成8年（1996年）9月の時点でSC4のレポートとしてまとめられたものであり、その後の開発進捗状況により、平成14年（2002年）12月時点でのスケジュールでは、表3.4-2に示す通り、かなり当初予定から遅れを来している。
