Conclusion:
Even in those medical schools, that stated they provided unit program for palliative medicine, their curricula were not enough for undergraduate students to comprehend the philosophy of the palliative care and several important issues. We have to develop desirable undergraduate medical curriculum with collaboration between academic medical school and hospice/palliative care unit.

- Understand the state of mind of the patients
- Understand the team approach for the patients with terminal illness
- Can explain about hospice
- Can explain about the treatment for the patients with terminal illness from the unique staudpoint

- Philosophy and practice of hospice (Hospice doctor)
- Think with the patients surviving the terminal stage (Professor of gerontology)
