8. The system is based on voluntary basis, members shall submit any change in personal information to the coordinator.
9. Procedures for reporting to SOF:
・Report will be submitted after the activities conducted.
・Updating the members informations.
10. Issues to be addressed:
・Enhance the coordination amongst the maritime stakeholders (such as: Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Fisheries, Ministry of Environment, Indonesian Navy, etc.)
・International regulations are not completely accommodated or reflected in national legislation.
・Crucial needs of the improvement of national capacity in ratifying and implementing international maritime conventions.
The actions to be addressed for the above issues:
Contributing ideas and recommendations to the national efforts in developing the legislative and administrative frameworks of the maritime sector.
