3). Organizational Structure of Cambodia's WMU-Sasakawa Fellows Network (CWMU-SFN)

4). Role of Network Coordinator
-Communicate with CWMU-SFN Fellows all related activities/achievements and information.
-Act as a linkage between CWMU-SFN fellows and WMU, SOF and Country networks
-Report all activities/achievements once every six months to SOF network headquarter.
-Organize internal meeting twice a year. The meeting can be conducted irregularly if necessary.
-Provide initiatives to establish CWMU-SFN programs.
-This role can be delegated to a fellow in the absence of the coordinator.
| Selection Procedure of Networks Coordinator: |
-Network Coordinator will be elected by graduated fellows in majority for the terms of two years. |

-Networks Coordinator will be elected in case where the network coordinator failed to complete his/her duties or he refused continuing to act as a coordinator. |
5). The Name of Coordinator: Mr. Chan Dara
6). The fundamental objective of establishing CWMU-SFN is to exchange information and experience between WMU, SOF and countries coordinators.

-to establish CWMU-SFN in accordance with law and regulations of Cambodia. |

7). The decision making process is through meeting with a majority of the fellows
8). Up-to-date network member contact list will be submitted to SOF, WMU and countries networks accordingly.
9). The Procedure for Reporting:
The report on the activities of the networks will e submitted twice a year to SOF through e-mail, fax or mail.

Procedure for carrying our information exchange with SOF and other regional networks:
-request by SOF, WMU and country coordinators
-through meeting, workshops and training etc.
10). -Sustainability of CWMU-SFN Activities
-Maritime safety and the implementation of international maritime instruments.
-Marine pollution prevention and environmental protection
11). SOF, WMU and country network coordinators shall contact member of CWMU-SFN via the coordinator.
12). -SOF should support the establishment of CWMU-SFN.
-SOF should provide technical and financial assistance for running and maintaining of the network.
-SOF may share information obtained from the network coordinators to the whole networks.
-SOF should extend technical and financial supports to proposed related maritime projects.
