越部鼓は平成3年、氏子の有志により結成されました、昔の屋台の勇ましい心と新しい郷土芸能を創作すべく、また子供達が、自分を大切に心豊かに人に対して、思いやりの心を持って、成長してもらいたいと願い、週に2回の練習を行っています。

　昨年は淡路ジャパンフローラに参加しました。今年は、3年連続「日本太鼓ジュニアコンクール」に出場し、5月には神戸震災復興事業の「海響祭」にも新宮町代表として参加しました。また、町内各種イベントに協力できるよう、子供達も日々練習に励んでいます。1人でも多くの人に太鼓の響きが届くようがんばりますので、応援して下さい。

　

　In 1991, Koshibekko Taiko Team was formed by the volunteers of the Shingu Shrine in Hyogo Prefecture in the hope of revitalizing the traditional festival of the region using yatai, the decorated floats and also to enhance the children's healthy growth through twice weekly Taiko training

　The founders believed that the children's Taiko training and participation in national and community events can provide them a sense of accomplishment and confidence. They also hoped that playing Taiko will foster the spirit of cooperation among the children. The team has been selected as a finalist for the Third Junior Taiko Competition organized by Nippon Taiko Foundation.

　The team is also active in community events. It has participated in Awaji Japan Flora in 2000 and more recently, it has also represented Shingu City at the Kaikyo Festival, a festival celebrating the reconstruction of Kobe after the Great Hanshin Earthquake.
