Investigation 1. Temperature of incubator
Method: Incubator was divided into nine area, the thermometer was put on each area, every 3 hours, three days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) were chosen, and the temperature of each area was measured.
Red number is the value of 38.0 degrees C or more, and blue number is the value of 36.0 degrees C or less.

Recommendation:
1] Avoid use of the area where average temperature is low, and the area where a difference of temperature is large.

Generalization:
The big problem of this incubator is an extreme temperature change. This is caused by repeated electric power failure. This temperature change will be the cause of having caused growth delay.
It is fairly said in the past several years that the number of times of electric power failure decreased. However, it is a problem that at least one electric power failure is connected with a big problem, it is that laboratory equipment was damaged by sudden electric power failure.
