The deep cement mixing platform barge DCM-8 was delivered to Toyo Construction Co., Ltd.in November 1999, at Mizushima Works & Shipyard of Sanoyas Hishino Meisho Corporation.
Features
1. DCM-8 is a platform barge for improving weak layer in the seabed, by the DCM (Deep Cement Mixing) method.
2. The vessel is equipped with a tilting machine tower, which enables it to gain stability in sailing and rapid preparation for work.
3. The vessel's machinery is equipped for fully automatic operation.
