SC received IMO's proposed guidelines for safe ocean towing sent by Mr. Thomas M. Hopkins, SC3 Secretariat, by fax and letter dated 1998-06-26. SC4 would like invite Norway or other country to consider undertaking the responsibility of the working group convener. Up to now WG4 has not got nomination.
