2) Direct Booking
Use this feature to book a reservation directly with the Welcome Inn. But please note that it may take the inn approx. a day to send you confirmation of your booking.
Each Welcome Inn offers one of the following two direct booking methods.
a) Through the JTU booking system
If the Welcome Inn is using JTU's booking system, the "Direct Booking" button will take you to the inn's page at JTU's. Please follow the instruction on the site.
Your online application will be e-mailed to the Welcome Inn. The Welcome Inn will reply to you directly by e-mail.

b) Through the Welcome Inn's own website
If the Welcome Inn maintains its own website and is not using JTU's booking system, then clicking on "Direct Booking" will take you right to the hotel's own website. Please follow the instruction on the site.

Note: Rooms rates quoted when booking directly may vary slightly from the rates for the same establishment when booked through WIRC. Check rates carefully before making your reservation and if the inn's site apply higher rate than ours, please add "Welcome Inn:" before your name and mention room type with our rate.
3) Application Through WIRC
Clicking this button will take you to the "Terms and Conditions" page. If you agree to the conditions, you can proceed to apply for a reservation using the booking form. WIRC will act as intermediary, and WIRC or the inn will send confirmation to you by e-mail or fax.

Detach, fill out and submit the Reservation Request Form attached at the center of this directory.

3. At Booking Counters in Japan
You can find WIRC booking counters at Tourist Information Centers at Narita's New Tokyo International Airport (each of the airport terminals), at Osaka's Kansai Airport, and in central Tokyo and central Kyoto. For exact locations and hours of operation, please refer to the back cover.

1) We cannot accept reservation requests over the phone.
2) If you are planning to travel in Japan during the following peak periods, please reserve as early as you can.

Cherry Blossoms: Late March through early April
Golden Week: April 29 to May 5
O-Bon: Second and third weeks of August
Leaf Season: Middle to late November (particularly in Kyoto)
