This is the cause of difficulty in vocalization or the stuttering of the speech.
A solution to the problem is in the control of the flow of the air. You can;
a) try not to inhale air deep, rather, inhale air shallow and control the quick in-and-out of the air;
b) once the air gets accumulated in the esophagus and hinders the vocalization, seek for the way to take out the air naturally during the conversation, for example, by removing the air in a pause during the speech to make it easier for the fresh air to be taken in;
c) It is effective to introduce a singing practice as an integrated means to make the speech flow and not to halter. By singing, one can practice a complete inhalation and exhalation of the air.
