2. Voice is somehow low in pitches, or stuttered to stop continuous conversation.

This is another common problem encountered by most of the advanced trainees i.e. a) the volume of voice is decreased when one is speaking long time; b) one has difficulty in vocalization in the middle of a conversation and is forced to stop speech. The principle of the esophageal speech is that the air taken into the esophagus is pushed forward to produce a vibration sound (the basic sound), which is turned into a word by the manipulation of the oral cavity and the shapes of the mouth.

If the esophagus is completely filled with air and there is no room for the inhaled air, there is no flow of air passing through the region of vocalization located under the lower part of the pharynx, consequently there will be no vibration for vocalization.
