You will strain hard and become dizzy by conjunction, or overfatigued which will make you reluctant to practice. Or you will acquire lingual sounds or other incorrect pronunciation which will never lead you to continuous speech, rather it will give you such trouble correcting the pronunciation.
For natural vocalization, try to acquire an unstrained, and natural vocalization in normal breathing situation.
2. This is a technical problem for those trainees whose vocalization has made a certain progress. It is about the region the air is inhaled, and the problem of the abdomen getting swollen out during the practice.
