The experts of the esophageal speech have all mastered the technique through hard and vigorous training, although the training terms vary according to individual people.
Those predecessors are socially rehabilitated and actively participating and enjoying their second life. Contrary to those successful people, there are people whose vocalization does not show much progress nor gained clarity. The reason in most of the cases is found in the intake and releasing of the air.
One of the problems is the intake of the air too deep into the esophagus.
When the air is swallowed deep, some portion of the air will remain in the esophagus since not all the air is used in the vocalization. Also the voice produced in deeper part of the esophagus sounds dark and heavy, which should be avoided.
The conclusion is to take in the air as shallow as possible, and vocalize as light as possible.
