The right intake and outtake of the air into the esophagus enables the esophageal speech. This is the fundamental fact.
If you speak in the esophageal method, the air will be released through the lower part of the pharynx and the oral cavity. If the air is immediately filled in the esophagus after the process, it is possible to pronounce the next words in speech. Having your breathing in the same manner as the able body will lead to a right continuous vocalization.
In the practice of basic sound, the fundamental principle is to produce one word in one breath. If you cannot vocalize a word in one breath, take in the fresh air again and vocalize.
It is not desirable to vocalize a word forcefully when there is no air in the esophagus.
