You can avoid this by inhaling through the nose.

・ Make sounds in the same way as with the injection method.

・ X-ray photography shows that the hypopharyngoesophageal junction, is narrow, compared to the new glottis (the part vibrating around the esophageal mouth).

When you inhale, the middle of the tongue rises slightly to send air backward.

The base of the tongue then moves forward to avoid disturbing inhalation. At this moment, a large amount of air moves down through the new glottis from the hypopharynx into the esophagus. This sensation is like air entering your lungs before you had surgery.

The base of the tongue then returns to its original position after inhaled air passes through the hypopharynx.

・ Gargling recommended

You cannot gargle unless you inhale through the nose into the esophagus. The more you inhale, the longer you can gargle. Practice gargling to improve the sucking force.
