Bring air back in the esophagus with the aid of the diaphragm and the closed cardia as well as the contraction of respiratory muscles. When air passes through the mucous membrane of the closed esophageal mouth, it produces sound through an explosive vibration. This is the primary sound of esophageal speech.

Air through the tracheostoma should be expelled as slowly as possible, with your chest straightened.

(4) If you can take in enough air, one injection is enough to speak. In general, beginners must inject air three or four times.

It takes time to learn to inject air, and a series of sounds cannot be produced without intervals in between. With the progress in injection, however, air can be injected more quickly.

Try to avoid making noises nocking or smacking sounds during injection.
