3.2 Collect and make available promptly such data and information as may be needed by the AMETIAP provided that it does not conflict with government policies;
3.3 Provide assistance and cooperation to other members and the AMETIAP in the fulfillment of the AMETIAP's objectives and the accomplishment of any project undertaken for this purpose.
Section 4 Rights
4.1 Only the Members shall have the right to vote and hold office in the AMETIAP;
4.2 Subject to the provisions of 4.1 above, all classes of members shall have the right to attend and participate in meetings of the AMETIAP and shall receive copies of the annual report and other informative materials distributed by the AMETIAP.
Section 5 Resignation
5.1 Resignation may be effected upon prior notice in writing of at least three (3) months to the Executive Committee.
ARTICLE IV: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Section 1 Composition
1.1 The affairs of the AMETIAP shall be managed by the Executive Committee which shall consist of a Chair, Vice Chair and three (3) other Members.
1.2 Membership of the Executive Committee shall be subject to election at intervals of not more than three (3) years.
1.3 The Executive Committee shall have the power to co-opt up to two additional members to serve on the Executive Committee for a period of not more than one (1) year.
1.4 The Executive Committee shall appoint a Secretary and a Treasurer from its membership.
Section 2 Selection
2.1 The Chair, Vice Chair and other members of the Executive Committee shall be elected from the current list of Members and by the Members at the Annual General Meeting.
Section 3 Duties
The duties of the Executive Officers shall be as follows:
3.1 The Chair shall preside over Executive Committee and General meetings, submit to the Executive Committee the proposed annual budgets and an annual report on the activities and finances of the AMETIAP, and authorise disbursements of funds pursuant to the proposed budgets and represent the AMETIAP and the Executive Committee in all matters of interest to the Association;
3.2 The Vice Chair shall preside over Executive Committee and General meetings in the absence of the Chair. He shall assist the Chair as the latter may determine;
3.3 The Secretary shall assist the Chair in the performance of the latter's administrative duties, keep and maintain a register of members and serve as secretary to all meetings of the AMETIAP;
