Advance Registration - Deadline; the 30th of September, 2000
Upon receiving your Registration Form A and remittance by 30th of September, 2000, the secretariat will send you a Confirmation of Registration with your registration number. Please remember to bring it with you when you pick up your materials upon arrival at the registration desk at symposium site.
Payment Procedure
*All payment must be made in Japanese yen by bank transfer or credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.

For our quick and sure processing of your registration, we would appreciate your sending a copy of bank receipt for remittance or photocopy of your credit card with the registration form.
Cancellation
Cancellation should be made to the secretariat in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
Cancellations received by the 31st of August, 2000; 50 % of the total will be refund.
Cancellations received on or after the 1st of September, 2000; No refund
Please note that all refunds will be made after the symposium. Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
