Accommodation
Rooms for participants will be booked by the KINKI NIPPON TOURIST CO., LTD.(KNT), the official travel agent, at the special discount rates (symposium rate) as follows.
Participants who wish to make a reservation for hotel accommodations, please fill out the enclosed application Form B and return it to ISME desk detailed below.

KNT has reserved rooms at hotels around the symposium site. For room reservations, you are kindly requested to forward the application for hotel accommodation (Form B) directly to KNT by the 14th of September, 2000. Reservation should be accompanied by the payment of a room deposit of \30,000 and communication fee of \800. Those wishing to stay at the hotel Cord B are requested to pay the full amount of the room charge with their application. No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of the deposit. Those who are staying for one night or two nights only, please send the deposit for one night or two nights room charge.
Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come first-served basis. If your selected hotel is fully booked, you will be assigned a room in a hotel as close as possible to your choice.
Participants wishing to reserve a room at a hotel other than those listed below are kindly invited to contact KNT beforehand. You will be informed of your hotel name, exact room charge by KNT's confirmation slip after the deadline for the applications.
