Work items
WI 005:ISO/DIS 15401 "Bulk carrier - Hull structure - Construction quality" and
WI 006:ISO/DIS 15402 "Bulk carrier - Hull structure - Repair quality"
Both drafts have been approved and WG 1 prepared the ISO Form 13B (Report of voting), but several comments and observations were missing. So the secretariat completed the form and sent it once again to the WG 1 for filling-in the missing observations, but got no answer.
Now the work on these documents is pending, the secretariat of SC 8 tried several times to get in contact with the WG 1 convener, Mr.Ma, but got no reaction.
It would be preferable, if the experts of WG 1 worked out the documents. But because of the importance of these standards for IMO, the secretariat can not wait much longer. Therefore it is planned, that the documents will be finalised by the secretariat, shortly.
