Each post of director shall be filled with the mayor of the city, town, village or special ward composing such partial union, or with such official as he/she may designate from among the officials of his/her city, town, village or special ward with the consent of the assembly.
(Notification of Bills)
Article 287-3.
The administrator (or the board of directors, in case of a partial union, as provided for in Article 285, where a board of directors has been established instead of an administrator in accordance with the provisions of preceding three paragraphs; this rule applies also in paragraph 1 and 2 of Article 291) of a partial union shall, if he/she intends to request a resolution of its assembly with respect to a matter requiring a resolution of such assembly and this matter is so important as to come under the categories specified by cabinet order, notify each chief executive of the local public bodies composing such partial union to that effect. He/She shall do the same with respect to the result of such resolution.
(Dissolution)
Article 288
The dissolution of a partial union shall, upon consultation among the local public bodies concerned, be reported in advance to the Minister of Home Affairs or the governor of To, Do, Fu or Ken, in the same manner as prescribed in paragraph 2 of Article 284.
(Disposition of Property)
Article 289.
If actions under Article 286 or the preceding article necessitate disposition of property, such disposition shall be made by the mutual agreement of the local public bodies concerned.
(Mutual Agreement under Resolution of the Assembly)
Article 290.
Mutual agreement under paragraph 2 of Article 284, Article 286, Article 288 and the preceding article shall be entered into, and determined by the assembly of the ordinary local public bodies concerned.
(Objection)
Article 291.
Any local public body composing a partial union may, if it finds any illegality or error in the assessment by the partial union on its share of expenses, tender objection to the administrator of the partial union within thirty days from the day of such notification.
