During his/her term of office, no Commissioner may become an officer of any political party or other political organization, of be actively engaged in politics.

A full-time Commissioner shall not, during his or her term of office, be employed in any other duties for monetary reward or be engaged in any profit-making enterprise or other undertaking for the purpose of monetary profit, except with the permission of the Prime Minister.
16.
A Commissioner shall not take part in the proceedings of any case in which he or she has a direct interest.
17.
The salary of Commissioners shall be determined separately by law.

Article 250-10.
The Commission shall have a chairperson elected by its own members.

The chair shall preside at the Commission and be its representative.
3.
When the chair is unable to serve, a Commissioner designated previously by him/her shall act for him/her in the performance of his/her duties.

Article 250-11.
The Commission shall be convoked by the chair.

The Commission may not open a meeting and pass resolutions unless the chair and two or more Commissioners are present.
3.
All proceedings of the Commission shall be decided by a majority of Commissioners present and in the case of a tie, the chair shall decide the issue.
4.
With regard to the application of matters stipulated in paragraph 2 of this article, when the chairman is unable to serve the member designated under paragraph 3 of the previous article shall be looked on as the chair.

Article 250-12.
With the exception of those matters stipulated under this Law, necessary matters related to the Commission shall be determined by cabinet order.
