Subsection II. The Education Commission
(Duties)
Article 180-8.
The education commission shall, as provided by law, administer schools and other educational institutions, manage the affairs concerning organizations of schools, curriculum, textbooks and other educational materials and personnel administration of educational personnel and manage and execute the affairs concerning education, science and culture, inclusive of social education.
Subsection III. The Public Safety Commission
(Duties)
Article 180-9.
The public safety commission shall control the To, Do, Fu or Ken police, as provided by law.

There shall be local police officers, police officers other than local police officers, administrative officials, technical officials and other employees in each To, Do, Fu or Ken police, as provided by law.
Subsection IV The Election Administration Commission
(Establishment)
Article 181.
There shall be established in each ordinary local public body an election administration commission.

The election administration commission shall be composed of four members.

Article 182.
Members of the commission shall be elected by the assembly from among persons who are of high moral character and in possession of unbiased judgment on politics and elections.

The assembly shall simultaneously with such election elect reserve members of the same number. A special election shall be held, if such reserve list is exhausted.
3.
If any vacancy occurs among the members the chairman shall fill it from the reserve members, in the order of sequence of their elections among those elected at different times, in the order of their poll among those elected at the same time, or in the order decided by lot, among those elected in a tie.
