A member of the assembly of To, Do, Fu or Ken shall, even if he/she has become ineligible because of his/her removal of residence, retain his/her membership, so long as his/her residence remains within the same To, Do, Fu or Ken.

Any member suspected of being disqualified may, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 117, attend the meeting to vindicate his/her qualification, but shall have no vote in the resolution,

The provisions of paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 118 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the decision under paragraph 1 above.
(Forfeiture of Membership)
Article 128.
No member of the assembly shall forfeit his/her seat by reason of a complaint being filed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 202 or paragraph 1 of Article 206 of the Public Election Law, or an appeal being filed therefrom in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 202 or paragraph 2 of Article 206 of the same law, or judicial proceedings being commenced under paragraph 1 of Article 203, paragraph 1 of Article 207, Article 210 or Article 211 of the same law, until the ruling, adjudication on judicial decision given thereon shall have become final. In case a judicial remedy is available to him/her under paragraph 1 of Article 210 of the same law, he/she shall retain his/her seat until the time limit fixed therein shall have expired without a plaint being filed by him/her, or his/her plaint or plaint note shall have been conclusively dismissed by the court, or his/her plaint shall have been withdrawn by himself/herself.
Section IX Discipline
(Order in the Assembly Hall)
Article 129.
If any member of the assembly violate this Law or the rules of procedure or otherwise disturb the order in the assembly hall during the meeting, the president may order him/her to desist or cause him/her to revoke his/her speech and, if he/she fail to obey such order, prohibit him/her from speaking until the session for the day is over or expel him/her from the hall.
