.13 approve the draft revised Rules and Recommendations on Navigation through the Strait of Istanbul, the Strait of Canakkale and the Marmara Sea (paragraph 3.46.1.2 and annex 10, annex 2);
.14 approve the draft recommendations addressed to the Government of Turkey (paragraph 3.46.1.3 and annex 10, annex 3);
.15 note the report submitted to the twentieth Assembly(paragraph 3.46.2 and annex 10, annex 4);
.16 note the progress report on development of measures complementary to the INF Code forwarded to MEPC 40 for inclusion in the relevant report submitted to the twentieth Assembly(paragraph 4.11 and annex 17);
.17 note the proposed amendments to the draft Assembly resolution on Maritime Policy for a future GNSS(paragraph 7.2 and annex 18);
.18 endorse the approval of the Terms of reference for the IM0/IHO Harmonization Group on ECDIS (HGE)(paragraph 7.28 and annex 19);
.19 adopt the proposed MSC resolution on New and amended performance standards in accordance with resolution A.825(19) and instruct the Secretariat to take appropriate action(paragraph 7.46 and annex 21);
.20 endorse the action of revising SN/Circ.161 on SART detection(paragraph 7.47);
.21 endorse the action of the Sub-Committee in conveying IMO's positions on protection of the radionavigation-satellite service bands, AIS transponders and the agenda for WRC-99 to the Secretary-General of ITU together with a request that they be brought to the attention of WRC-97 for consideration (paragraph 8.6 and annexes 22 and 23);
.22 endorse the action of the Sub-Committee in submitting a liaison statement to ITU's Study Group 8, Working Party 8B or other Working Parties of Study Group 8, as appropriate (paragraph 8.10 and annex 24); and
.23 approve the report in general.
3 The Committee is also invited to review the proposed revised work programme of the Sub-Committee (annex 25) and the draft provisional agenda for NAV 44 (annex 26) under agenda item 20 (Work programme).
