.4 Existing (c) becomes (d) with the deletion of the words "in such a manner as".
.5 Existing (d) becomes (e).
.6 Delete existing sub-paragraphs (f) and (h)-(k).
.7 Existing (e) becomes new paragraph (f).
.8 In existing sub-paragraph (g) delete the words "in such a manner as".
