｢国有企業改革の現状と課題-中国･東北3省を事例として｣
本報告の主題は、国有企業改革の地域的傾向とその住民に対する影響を、東北3省を事例に概観することにある。そのため、まず国有企業改革のうち、特に企業破産の地域別動向と失業者の発生動向を概観し、次いで地方政府の再就職と生活保障政策を紹介する。
“ Refom of State-Owned Enterprises in PRC's Three Northeastern Provinces, Current Conditions and Future Issues ”
A Look was taken at the influence of state-owned enterprise reform on residents and communities in the three northeastern provinces of the Peoples Republic of China. The results of case studies were introduced which were conducted to 1) ascertain trends in these bankruptcy and unemployment resulting from these reforms in each region, and 2) elucidate the effects of the Provincial governments' social safety net and reemployment policies.
