健康管理
(1) If your child is ill, please keep him/her at home until he/she is well.
(1)お子さんが病気の時には欠席させ、なおってから登園させてください。
(2) For the safety of other children, when your child has a contagious illness, please keep him/her at home until the doctor gives permission to return to school.
(2)お子さんが伝染病の病気にかかった場合は、他の子どもに伝染しますので、医師の登園許可が出るまで必ず欠席させてください。
(3) If your child becomes ill during the day, you must pick your child up immediately.
(3)保育中、お子さんの体のぐあいが悪くなった場合には、迎えに来ていただきます。
(4) Nursery school(s) are generally not responsible for administering medicine to children.
(If it is absolutely necessary that the nursery school administer medicine for your child, you must have a written explanation from your family doctor. Make sure you tell the nursery school the proper method/dosage of administering the medicine.)
(4)保育園では、原則としてお子さんの薬はお預かりしません。
(保育園に薬を預ける場合には、主治医の許可を得てください。薬の使用方法については、必ず保育園に知らせてください)
(5)Your child should be immunized against as many illnesses designated by the authorities as possible.
(5)お子さんは、できるだけ決められた予防接種を受けるようにしてください。
(6)An affiliated physician conducts periodic health checkups at school.
(6)保育園では、定期的に、嘱託医による子どもの健康診断を行います。
