BAHARUDIN AHMAD KHAN began his music career as a member of a band group performing in wedding and social functions. In the 1980s, he was featured in a Kafilah Programme over the then SBC (Singapore Broadcasting Corporation) station, performing in a group called AI-Jauahir, AI-Mizan.
He has also participated in many local competitions and often emerged as the winner. With the assistance given by PERKAMUS (Malay Artists Association), he started to learn seriously how to compose. Within a year, his efforts bore fruit when he won the song-writing competition organised by PERKAMUS.
Baharudin currently works as a technician and only composes during his spare time. However, he is hoping for a break in his composing career to be able to become a professional composer.
BAHAROM PAlMAN is a professional songwriter, producer and performer. He is a member of COMPASS and is an exclusive writer with Luncai Emas Sdn Bhd, a publishing company in Malaysia.
Baharom has composed songs for well-known Malaysian artistes, namely Elaine Kang, Awie, Mamat, Illusi etc. Besides composing, he is also actively involved in school dramas, community centre activities and acted in several Malay local dramas.
Baharom also performs with his own band, 'The Mesej' in TV Variety shows. Recently, he won the 1st placing in a song writing competition organised by NTUC. He hopes to market his works not only locally but throughout the world.
HETTY SARLENE is currently studying in Boon Lay secondary School but her ambition is to be a successful artiste when she completes her education. Since young, she had frequently appeared in children TV programmes. She has won numerous local karaoke contests. she showed her potential by becoming a winner in the Asia Bagus competition last year.
Recently she performed in a compilation album of Zubir Abdullah's works focusing on the Religious Festival of Malays. she recently started appearing together with more established singers in some major shows.
