NO LESS
Hey, now, you know I love you, too
And I love hearin' that from you
But baby, never are these words enough
Darlin', you gotta understand
You'll have to be the kind of man
Who will give me more
Than his loving touch
I need more than your love
CHORUS:
I'll take no less than all you've got to give
No less for as long as we both live
I won't have you sayin' maybe
Body, heart and soul, baby
Say that's the way it will be
And you'll get no less than that
No less than that from me
See, I'm an all-the-way kind of girl
I can promise you the world
But you'll have to promise me just the same
Call me demanding if you will
I know you love me, babe, but still
I can't seem to get enough
So just let me say
My love, all of our days:
BRIDGE:
'Coz I give you my life
Give and take
Make no mistake
I'm totally yours but then. baby:
PHILPPINES

Her composition 'Tell The World of His Love' was chosen among 85 other Filipino songs in 1994 to be the Official Theme Song of World Youth Day '95 when Pop John Paul ll came to visit Manila and this song was sung by literally millions of people from different countries during this historic week.
In 1996, she won the second Prize in the Metropop Song Festival, the Philippines' most prestigious songwriting competition and was a finalist for three years in a row in the said competition, which chooses only 12 songs each year as finalist out of a thousand entries. She has also received awards and nominations in the annual Awit Awards as well as the annual KATHA Music Awards.
Trina is the treasurer of KATHA (the Organisation of Filipino Composers) and is also a member of the Board of Directors of FILSCAP (the Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers). Her song 'No Less' was chosen among 36 songs to be the Philippine entry to Asia Song Festival '99 and this is the first time Trina is competing in an international songwriting contest.
Small in size but towering in talent and presence, DESSA was once dubbed Philippine's 'Front Act Queen' for her numerous guestings in many foreign artists' performances in Manila such as Color Me Badd, Mike Francis, Denise Williams, David Benoit, Lisa Stansfield, Richard EIliot, Chicago and Bryan Adams. And because of her powerful voice, pop-jazz diva Patti Austin once acclaimed, 'Why is she doing the front act for me? I should be doing the front act for her!'
And Patti can't be wrong. After all, Dessa made the country proud by bagging the grand prize in the 1993 Federacion Internationale Def Organisation de Festival (FIDOF) Voice of Asia competition in Russia and in the Saga Yoshinogari Festa '98 and in the Asia Music Festival in Yoshinogari, Saga, Japan last October. Dessa performs regularly in the country's top lounges, concert venues, corporate shows and provincial tours and her concerts were all sold out. The singer who gave soul music a Filipino face, Dessa continues to Climb the long and high ladder of success.
