3-4 Communication & Cooperation among Workers

 

Directing all activities towards organizational goals is essential for effective and efficient operations of work. In reality, however, obstacles such as sectionalism, often prevent unity among members of an organization. In order to cultivate a sense of unity, cooperation among fellow workers and smooth communication are essential. Supervisors, in accordance with their position in the organization must have close communication with and keep harmony among other co-workers.

Leadership is in some respects a skill that requires winning the hearts of people. Good leadership is not acquired by superficial techniques or knowledge and requires a person to cultivate good overall character. Good leadership is not learnt in a short period of time. Supervisors are expected to continuously develop their own character.
