2.1 The purposes of the ISCA are to
a. promote international and intercultural understanding ,goodwill ,and friendship among young people who have an interrst in nautical activities,
b. promote the exchange of Sea Cadets beteen member organizations,
c. provide a forum for the exchange of information and ideas about member organizations and youth exchanges,
d. encourage the formation of organizations based on the Sea Cadet concept world-wide , promote their joining the ISCA ,and resit membership by militant or politically-motivated groups;and,
e. provide member organizations with non-monetary support for national and international fund-raising for youth echange-related activities.
f. provie a platform from which the image and ethos of the inernational sea cadet
movement can be promoted worldwide.
2.1 ISCAの目的は：(仮訳)
a. 海事活動に興味のある若者の間の、国際理解と異文化理解、親善と友好の促進。
b. 会員組織間での、海洋少年団々員の交流の促進。
c. 会員組織や若者の交流についての情報やアイディアの交換のための公開討論の場の提供。
d. 海洋少年団の概念に基づいた組織の設立を世界的に奨励。ISCAへの加入の促進。政治的または軍事的意図のあるグループの加入の防止。
e. 交流に関連する活動のための国内的・国際的募金活動に対する組織会員への非金銭的援助の提供。
f. 国際海洋少年団運動のイメージと風潮が世界的に促進できるような基盤の提供。
(南アフリカ)：議長、「national and international」を削除して、fundraisingに続けるという提案をしたいと思います。「国内的及び国際的」という言葉の削除を提案します。
(議長)：よろしいですか、削除しても、それでは、eのところですけれども、「交流に関連する活動のための募金活動に対する組織会員への非金銭的援助の提供」ということで。カナダからこの決議案が提出されましたけれども、一項目イギリスの方から追加してほしいとの要請が出ています。ですので、それを入れるかどうかは、皆様の判断にまかせます。その追加分ですが、fとして「国際海洋少年団運動のイメージと風潮が世界的に促進できるような基盤の提供」、これは追加項目として、イギリスが提案したものです。カナダの決議案に対する追加として、カナダは問題ないといっています。
では、カナダが動機を出しました、イギリスのその追加を支持するということで、さらに文言を変えるなどありますでしょうか。
