Dear Eric,
there are (at least) three different stanags on the matter of thermal imager modeling:
4347 Definition of nominal static range performance for thermal imaging systems
4349 Measurement of the minimum resolvable temperature difference (MRTD) of thermal cameras
4350 Calculation of minimum resolvable temperature difference (MRTD) for thermal imaging systems.
Since we have the stanags as hard copies only and since it sums up to about 50 pages of paper I will send You the hard copies by mail.
