The 10,000-dwt roll-on/roll-off type cargo ship CLEMENTINE was built at the Sakaide Works of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. and delivered to Oceanarrow Ltd. Inc. of Panama in February 1997.
Features
1. The ship can carry 156 trailers and 654 cars on six (6) decks (three (3) for heavy vehicles such as trailers and three (3) for light vehicles such as cars or vans).
2. The ship has two (2) fixed rampways and three (3) hoistable rampways in the hold, and one (1) set of large rampway at stern for roll-on/roll-off cargo loading/unloading.
3. Two (2) main engines connected to CPP, twin large rudders and two (2) bow thrusters enable the ship to have an excellent maneuverability and ease in frequent berthing/unberthing even under severe weather conditions.
