The OCEAN LEMON is a 1,001- TEU container carrier delivered in June, 1996 to La Darien Navegation, S.A. at the lwagi Zosen of Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
Features
1. The vessel can carry a total of 100FEUs refrigerated containers, 50 water-cooled containers in cargo holds and 50 air-cooled containers on the deck.
2. On deck container space and all holds are arranged for interchangable uses 20-feel and 40- feet.
3. Containers carrying dangerous cargoes can be loaded in cargo holds complying with Classification society requirements.
4. An automatic heel control system is used when loading and unloading containers.
