The 150,000-dwt type double hull tanker VENETIA was delivered at NKK's Tsu Works in September 1995 to Global Transport Enterprise Ltd.
The VENETIA is very advanced and high-specified Suezmax Tanker as follows :
The vessel has double hull structure for prevention of oil spills and "Vapor Emission Control System" for Clean Air Act. of U.S.
The vessel also applied new notation of LRS, "ShipRight" and many requirement of the Majors.
All cargo tanks are equipped with Heating System for high-viscous oil. The vessel has energy-saving devices "NKK SURF" to inclease propeller efficiency.
