(1) There are many unknown factors for train operation planing
Gradient, radius of curve on track, traction power performance of vehicle, operating condition by signaling system etc. are not known or clear.
(2) As for the route plan which has a section jointly used by Red and Yellow line trains, there are many problems which can cause a bottleneck of transport in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to design separate routes or to eliminate mutual interference of both lines by realizing grade separation.
(a) As the minimum headway is two minutes on the common section, the headway for Red and Yellow line trains must be four minutes and eight minutes, respectively, or six minutes for trains of both lines, in each direction.
(b) The Red line cannot cope with transport demand in 2021 at headway of 6 minutes and Yellow line cannot cope with transport demand, even if four-car trains are operated at headway of six minutes.
