5.3.4 Plan for Train Operation
We assume the following train operation patterns based on the cross-sectional volumes and shuttling facilities under the principle that all train operations start and terminate on one line.
5.3.5 Transport Capacity
(1) Criteria for Setting Transport Capacity
(a) Transport capacity shall cope with the peak-hour cross-sectional transport volume at a maximum load factor of 130%. The maximum headway shall be 15 minutes during the
train operation time zone.
(b) Headway on the Red Line shall not be longer than that in Phase 1.
(c) As it is difficult to set a transport capacity suficient to cope with transport demands in the plan by UBTSL, in which Yellow and Red lines partly share a section, transport capacity shall be set on the assumption that these Lines do not have a common section.
