(1) The first phase programme;
a) Construction of remaining portion of outer ring road and improvement of old link-roads.
b) Development of acquired land adjoining to developed BDA schemes.
c) Further acquisition of land which are contiguous in nature for development.
d) Preservation of all tank-beds detailed in the Lakshman Committee Report.
e) Identification of peripheral Highway.
f) Development of all the land vesting with the recognized Registered House Building Co-operative Society.
(2) Second Phase Programme;
a) Acquisition and development of remaining land in the conurbation area towards South, South-East and South-West.
b) Removal of undesirable developments cropped in the peripheral area.
c) Construction of ring railway, pedistrian pathway subway for pedistrian, etc.
d) Construction of over bridges, under bridges and segregation of movement of people and goods for better safety,
e) development of service roads.
f) construction of shopping center to balance the development in each sizeable extensions.
g) Acquisition of lands under Public and Semi Public use by BDA on behalf of intended Applicants/ Institution.
