(4) Distribution of Trips by Starting Time
Figure 2.3-1 presents the distribution of trips by starting time. It shows that the morning peak periods of starting trips are from 8 to 11 o'clock a. m. and the evening peak periods continue from 4 to 7 o'clock p.m.
