4)Treatment monitoring

-the treatment of TB cases is monitored by bacteriological examination(direct microscopy)

5)Quality Control of bacteriological examination

-the Quality of the direct smear examination of the peripheral laboratories is monitored by re-examination of samples of smear by Provincial Senior Medica1 Technology

6)Supervision and Monitoring

-the provincial supervisors visit the peripheral units quarterly to give guidance and support

　

　

NagaRHU-2の訪問にて実際の結核対策プロジェクト及び各疾患の公衆衛生プロジェクトの視祭を行った。NagaRHU-2の構成員としては、看護婦4名、保健婦14名、衛生管理士2名、医師1名、歯科医師1名、助産婦1名であり、管轄地域のBHSの把握と指示、情報教示等の役割を担つている。管轄地域での罹患率が高い疾患としては、インフルエンザ、心筋梗塞、白血病、下痢、リウマチ熱、皮膚炎、二次性貧血などである。管轄地域の成人死因としては、血管障害および動脈硬化による虚血性心疾患など、悪性新生物、糖尿病、高血圧、殺人・事故、腎炎、結核、貧血であり、高齢者では、エイズによる死亡が時雨化しつつある。
