In order to assist and promote the development of mass transit system in HCMC;
to provide information on the present situation in HCMC,
to introduce the experiences in other cities,
to consider what are obstacles for the development,
to discuss the strategies for development of mass transit system in HCMC, and to share common understanding on the matter are the objectives of theseminar.
