上海の作曲家、および上海新音楽団の音楽家を代表致しまして、アジア音楽週間2000in横浜の開催、そして第21回アジア作曲家連盟総会・音楽祭に心からお喜び申し上げます。実行委員長の松下氏には、他のアジア諸国の作曲家や音楽家と友好を深め、意見を交換するために、この包括的な音楽イヴェントに参加するという絶好の機会を我々に提供してくださり、その心からの招聘に感謝致しますとともに、非常に名誉なことと思っております。上海と横浜は友好都市ですので、今日のアジアの作曲家と音楽家が集まることは、我々にとってさらに意義深いことです。この非常に貴重な音楽イヴエントは、今後、両国民間の音楽と文化の交換や相互理解を間違いなく高めていくであろうと確信しております。
On behalf of the composers from Shanghai and musicians of the Shanghai New Ensemble, may I extend our sincerest congratulations to the Inauguration of Asian Music Week 2000 in Yokohama, and the 21st Asian Composers League Conference & Festival.
Thanks to the Chairman of ACL Mr. Matsushita for his kind invitation which offers us good opportunity to take part in this global music event, so as to make friends and change ideas with composers and musicians from other Asian countries. For this, I feel greatly honored.
As Shanghai and Yokohama are friendship cities, the getting together of Asian composers and musicians today, is more meaningful to us. I am sure this very important music event, will certainly enhance the musical and cultural interchanges and mutual learnings of the people of two countries hereafter.

Profile of Performers
朱踐耳
(講師、上海交響楽団レジデンスコンポーザー)
1922年台湾に生まれ、上海で育った。45年劇団の一座に作曲家、指揮者として加わり、その後、転向して映画音楽を手がけた。55年ソヴィエト連邦に行き、モスクワ音楽院でさらに研鑚を積んだ。60年卒業、75年以来上海交響楽団の専属作曲家、および上海音楽院助教授。
ZHU Jian-er
Zhu Jian-er was born in Tianjin in 1922 and grew up in Shanghai. In 1945 he joined a theater troupe as a composer and conductor, later turning his hand to writing film scores. In 1955 he went to the Soviet Union for further studies at the Moscow Conservatory of Music.
He graduated in 1960 and has been a permanent composer at the Shanghai Orchestra and adjunct professor at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music since 1975.
上海新音楽団
横浜と友好都市である上海から、今回の音楽祭のために特別編成された『上海新音楽団』を招き2回のコンサートを行う。メンバーは上海音楽院の教授らにより結成。
