Article 1. There shall be two (2) Research Officials in the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
2. The Research Official shall, by order, administer the research in connection with the inquiry of a case of marine accident if necessary, and shall do the same with affairs concerning with administrative litigations and other affairs sepcially ordered by.
Article 1-2. There shall be a Accounts Office in the General Affairs Division of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
2 The Accounts Office shall administer the affairs as follows;
(1) The affairs concerning with the budget, audit and accounts.
(2) The affairs concerning with the national property and article.
3. There shall be a Director in the Accounts Affice.
4. The Director shall control the business in the paragraph 2.
