(Name. Location and Specific Functions of the Branch)
Article 2. There shall be a Branch in Moji Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
2. The Branch which is named as Naha Branch of Moji Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency shall be Located in the city of Naha.
3. Among the affairs of Moji Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency and the affairs within the jurisdiction of what is provided for in Article 2, paragraph 1, of the Cabinet Order for Enforcement of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Law (Cabinet Order No. 54 of 1948), the Branch shall administer affairs concerning with inquiry of cases occured to the south area of Lat, 29｡?.
(Clerical Division of the Branch)
Article 3. There shall be a Clerical Division in the Branch mentioned in Article 2.
2. The Clerical Division shall administer the affairs of the Branch.
(Location of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office)
Article 4. The Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office shall be located in the Metropolis of Tokyo.

Article 5. There shall be a Chief, Commissioners and Secretaries in the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office.
2. The senior Commissioner among the Commissioners of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office shall be appointed as the Chief of the Office.

Article 6. There shall be two (2) Divisions in the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office as follows;
Administration Division;
Investigation Division.
