(1) The Maritime Safety Academy;
(2) The Fisheries College or the Fisheries Institute under the Agriculture and Forestry Ministry Organization Law (Law No. 153, 1949) before it was amended by the Law for the partial amendent of the Agriculuture and Forestry Ministry Organization Law (Law No. 1, 1963);
(3) The Marine School under the Ministry of Transport Organization Law (Law No. 157, 1949) before it was amended by the Law for the partial amendment of the National Schools Organization Law (Law No. 226, 1949);
(4) The Technical or Professional Colleges under the previous College Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No. 61, 1903);
(5) The Marine College under the Ministry of Transport Organization Law before it was amended by the Law for the partial amendment of the Ministry of Transport Organization Law (Law No. 43, 1961).
Article 36. The educational institutions which shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Transport Ordinance as provided for in Article 4, item 2 b), of the Cabinet Order for Enforcement of Marine Accidents Inquiry Law shall be as follows:
(1) The Maritime Safety School;
(2) The Seamen's Schools under the Ministry of Transport Organization Law before it was amended by the Law for the partial amendment of the Ministry of Transport Organization Law (Law No. 278, 1952);
(3) The Mercantile Marine Schools or the Fisheries Schools under the previous Middle School Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No. 36, 1943) .
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Ordinance shall be applicable as from the day of the enforcement of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Law.
